H4K & the Harlem Community

Harlem4Kids thanks P.A.L. Harlem Center for their support. We'd also like to thank the Metropolitan Chapter of Jack and Jill, Inc. for recognizing the value of Harlem4Kids in the community and providing us with a much-appreciated grant to cover our insurance expenses this year.  We are grateful for all of our partnerships.  Thank you!

We are greatly honored to have been acknowledged for our commitment to serve the Harlem community.

On November 8, 2013, Harlem4Kids was awarded the Community Service Award by The Children's Storefront.  Founded in 1966 to provide nap space and a safe haven for children in Harlem, The Children’s Storefront entered its 47th year of service to underserved and minority youth.  "We believe all children deserve a quality education regardless of academic ability or financial means."

On November 9, 2013, Harlem4Kids was awarded the Community Partner Award by Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., Psi Lambda Lambda Chapter.  Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., was founded on November 17, 1911, at Howard University.  The formation of the organization marked the first black fraternity to originate on a Black College campus.
